Terms of Service
The basics of doing business with ProService Solutions.
By using proservicesdfw.com, requesting service, or hiring ProService Solutions, you agree to the following terms.
Service quotes
All written quotes are valid for 30 days. Diagnostic fees are disclosed upfront and waived when the proposed repair is approved and completed.
Warranty
Repairs include a 90-day parts and labor warranty unless otherwise stated in writing. The warranty covers the original repair and does not include unrelated future failures.
Payments & deposits
Service is payable upon completion. Special-order parts may require a non-refundable deposit equal to the cost of the part.
Cancellations
Please give us at least 2 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Same-day cancellations after the technician has been dispatched may incur a trip fee.
